THE TRUTH ABOUT FAILURE AND THE LIE WE TELL OURSELVES
Firstly - if you feel like a failure you should recognise this as a good sign! If you've failed at something recently then it shows you took action and lived; you followed a dream, you went out on a ledge, you took a chance, you ventured out of your comfort zone, or you simply tried something new. You should congratulate yourself and feel proud!
Sadly though, it's rare that we actually do congratulate ourselves for failing - instead we beat ourselves over the head and harshly judge ourselves. We feel like a "failure" and become our toughest critic.
